1. Ship your dead battery pack(s) to us.
2. Fill out the order form and include it with your batteries.

4. Payment. We rebuild your batteries and call you for your credit card information when we are finished.
5. You will have your rebuilt power tool batteries back in one to two weeks. We pay return shipping to lower 48 for two or more batteries.
