Shipping & Returns


Shipping will process your order within 48 hours given all items are in stock. Occasionally items may be sold out. Any backordered items will ship as we receive them at the warehouse, therefore if several of your items are backordered they may ship separately. We will contact you promptly with any backorder information in the event order changes are needed. You may cancel backordered items that have not yet shipped at any time. ships Monday through Friday from Ceres, CA via FedEx/UPS/USPS. Your shipping options and cost will be presented at the time of checkout. Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on weight, size and destination.  Upon shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Once the merchandise is in the hands of the carrier, the risk of loss and title passes to you.

All credit cards are subject to an authorization process hold at the time of purchase. Funds are collected separately, usually within 24 hours of placing the order. In the event of a backorder, funds will be collected in full when we receive a new shipment and are prepared to ship to you.

Checks are to be made out to "Battery-Tek".  Merchandise will be shipped when check has been received and cleared the bank.


Returns & Exchanges

Merchandise purchased at may be returned within 10 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only if in original condition, receipt included.  All shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is deemed defective or damaged. You may cancel your order after your original order was placed as long as we haven't shipped it.  Please make sure to provide us with as much detailed information as possible so we can track your order; name, order number, etc. We will send you a confirmation email to let you know your order was cancelled.
